Basic Membership

Introduction:

At Icarus Group, we aim to provide excellent service through our membership programs. If you wish to cancel your membership, please refer to the terms outlined below, including our 30-day notice period requirement for cancellations.

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Membership Cancellations and 30-Day Notice Requirement:

Monthly Memberships:

• You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the start of your next billing cycle.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the 30-day notice period, during which time you will continue to have access to the membership services.
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining period within the billing cycle once the 30-day notice period has started.

Annual Memberships:

• Annual memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.
• If you cancel within the first 14 days of purchasing the annual membership and have not accessed any services, you are entitled to a full refund. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your annual membership, but you can cancel to prevent renewal the following year.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For both monthly and annual memberships, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, in accordance with UK law. During this period:

• You may cancel your membership and receive a full refund, provided no services have been accessed (such as consulting calls, downloadable content, or audits).
• If any part of the service has been used, we reserve the right to deduct a fair amount for the portion of services already provided.

To exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, please email us at consulting@theicarusgroup.co.uk. We will process your refund within 14 days of your request, subject to the conditions stated above.

Notice Period for Cancellations:

• For both monthly and annual memberships, cancellation requests must be submitted with at least 30 days' notice. This ensures that we can process your cancellation smoothly and provides you continued access to membership services during the notice period.
• Cancellations made without providing 30 days’ notice will not take effect until the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for that period.

To cancel your membership, please contact us at consulting@theicarusgroup.co.uk, specifying your intention to cancel, and we will acknowledge your request and confirm the cancellation date.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• If the cancellation request is made within the 14-day cooling-off period and no services have been accessed.
• If we fail to deliver the services as described and after reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, you remain dissatisfied.

Refunds will not be issued:

• For cancellations made after the 14-day cooling-off period where services have already been accessed or delivered.
• If the 30-day notice requirement for cancellation has not been met.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:

To cancel your membership or request a refund, please contact us by email at consulting@theicarusgroup.co.uk with the following details:

• Your full name and the email address used to purchase the membership.
• The reason for cancellation or refund request.
• A confirmation that you understand and agree to the 30-day notice period.

We aim to respond to all requests within 5 working days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Changes to the Membership Terms:

We reserve the right to update or amend this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify all members via email and provide adequate notice of any new terms.
